The Premier Reminder
Engine is completely re-written to meet your specific needs.
Depending on the type of business you run and the type and frequency of the product and/or service you wish to promote, the Reminder
Engine will utilize purchasing history and technology, to target future
client needs and purchases.
For example, similar to the Widjco Inc. example in the previous packages, we have created a fictitious company called
"Change-It", that performs drive-through oil changes. In this example we demonstrate how the Reminder
Engine is used to generate repeat customers.
Change-It wants customers to return for every oil change. Their Reminder
Engine is utilized by staff - not the end customer as in the previous packages. Have a look at the
sample form. Essentially this form allows the staff and managers of each outlet to logon to the Reminder
Engine and enter some very basic information about their new customer "Frank". Frank drives a 1998 Toyota
ForeRunner, and that's about all they need to gather about Frank to make an incredible impact.
The remainder of the form offers the ability to cater the content of the E-Mail message that is sent to customers. This example tacks on a note about bulb replacements and a Tip about Engine flushes, in an effort to increase exposure to Change-It's other, less
